FMLA, I received a written final warning stating that my leave was not approved, days later I get aproval help?

I got approval letter from our home office after my District Manager gave me a written (final) warning. I have been with the Company for 3 1/2 years & have never been wrote up until taken my fmla leave. Since then I have had an additional write up for something that was not relevent. My boss now treats me very disrespectful & I was just wondering is this how fortune 100 companies treat everyone that take FMLA leave? I love my job & have always gave 110 percent but, it seems since I was out those 3 weeks that now they are trying everything they can to terminate me. So is fmla really worth all the trouble it causes?

Probably has a faulty power board. I have an acer monitor that had this problem, it cost about $16 to replace the power board. I replaced it myself in a little over an hour and a half. My husband and I grew up in Rancho Cucamonga and we are now looking to purchase our first home in the Murrieta/Temecula area. Nothing you do in middle school matters. Colleges (Ivies and really any other colleges you apply to) will NEVER see your middle school grades. If you put your extracurriculars and awards that you got in middle school on your college application, college admissions officers will basically laugh at you. Colleges are interested in what you are doing in high school, specifically 10th though 12th grade (even 9th grade isn't critical for college admissions). It is good to prepare yourself and get a feel for what you are interested in so that you know what activities, academics, ect to pursue in high school, but you don't want to burn yourself out! Slow and steady wins the race. So don't worry about it. Enjoy middle school while you still can, high school is much harder and much more stressful.

I am so sick of that stereotype! Words cannot even beigin to fathom my empathy for it!!! I am a Hispanic male, 14. We've been living in the U.S. For 7 years now. My father is an orthodontist, he makes $365,000 a year. My mother is a homemaker. Currently, I am enrolled in a private school, I am in all AP classes with a 4.0 GPA. I'm not too big on sports, but that might change since I want something to look good on a college application (I am in tons of clubs, though). Even though I have lived here a short 7 years, I would consider myself almost a master of the English Language. I have been riveted by all that it has to offer and how the eloquence of one's words can clearly place their education and social position. I spend my free time immersing myself in literature. I can speak fluent English, French, and Spanish and am learning Latin. I love the works of authors like Shakespeare (he is my idol) and love to play chess, read, write, paint, and play the violin. i have been writing novels since I was 6 (the early ones were obviously in Spanish, I learned to write fairly good English after living here for a year) and am working on getting one published. To me, this seems proof enough that Hispanics can be smart and successful. My paternal grandfather is a CEO, making over 3 million a year. My maternal grandfather is a wealthy dentist in Colombia. My mother, while unemployed to care of the home, is certified to be a dentist and has her degree. I don't understand why so many people continue to think of us as wild, rocous people who are uncivilized brutes, because we are not. This boy and I both new we liked eachother since my brother and his brother both play on the same baseball team and we both told my little brother we thought we were cute. My track coach is a jerk what should I do?

Well, this is my 3rd year in track and each year my coach has been a jerk to me. Freshman year he didn't letter me because I got hurt before sectionals and he was mad at me, last year he was ok but just mean when I messed up, but this year he has been completely horrible to me. Today he called me up during class and said, "I don't think I am going to letter you this year you have not run in any meets." I did run in 3 meets (all varsity meets) but then I got injured but now that I am uninjured and I have been back in training for 3 weeks he has not put me in any races. He put me as an alternate for the last 3 meets even though I begged him to let me run. I also met all of the criteria to get a varsity letter which includes being an alternate for Varsity DAC and all the races I ran were varsity, so he should have to letter me. Also today he said that he would not letter me if I don't go to the JV DAC, even though I am a varsity runner and I told him a week ago that my cousin's wedding is this saturday and I had to go. The gist of what he said to that was that family was not as important as track. So what do you think I should do, should I go to the meet saturday or should I just quit track all together?

College is not a guarantee. Staying at the advanced school will not guarantee that you will get into your "dream" college. Colleges take the rank of your high school in account when you apply. If they see you come from a lower tier high school but took advantage of what was offered then you're on the level playing field. If you're not thriving at the school you are at now, then transfer so you can at least enjoy the last few years of high school. If you survived at the cut throat one then you should do amazing at the regular school. My opinion.

I work for multiple campuses at a small charter district and we are told confidentiality is very important. I am only at certain campuses on certain days, and work with multiple teachers at each campus (K-12th). Every now and then a parent or student will ask who I am or what I do. I was wondering if anyone knew what a good answer is that avoids the stigma of a "special education teacher". I am in a full inclusion district and work with learning disabled students for the most part, so I generally work with everyone in the class. I do not want a parent or student wanting me to not work with them or their child because they are not "special ed". Alright, this is a little complicated so I will start with background details first. I met this guy named Justin on Plenty of Fish. We hit it off well, and started meeting up. Tonight, he sent me a text saying that he had been thinking a lot about him and i and just doesn't think we can be anything more than friends right now because we both have so much stuff going on right now. I texted and asked if he'd call me and he did. We talked, and at one point he said: I got a message asking if I needed therapy. I'll let you figure it out from there. It only took me half a second to figure it out: I had at one point asked my bff if she would just back out of things and let me handle my own relationship issues as I felt like she was beginning to cause me more harm than she was helping me. I told him that I was a little upset, because I asked her not to. She said that she would respect my wishes but I guess she went against them anyways. i was really upset and after I got off the phone with him, I texted her and was pissed. I decided to leave my phone at home and go for a bike ride in order to chill out. I got home and had three texts from her saying that they supposedly had some sort of confidentiality agreement and she wasn't supposed to tell me what they've talked about or he would be upset. I called her up and told her she had a chance to tell me. I told her that me being a bff trumps a confidentiality agreement. Besides that, he also has side jobs he's doing and he also pointed out that if he gets a teaching job come August, he's going to be really busy setting up his classroom and making lesson plans. Every inch over 19 add $15. If it comes with a mouse and keyboard in good condition add $10-15. So if it comes with an LCD monitor (not an old fat monitor), keyboard, and mouse i would post it for $200, see if you can get a biter. Without an LCD monitor i would post $100. You need a better video card for the most part; you can't really play games with the video chip you have and that means new power supply possibly to support the new video card. Also RAM 1 GB is very little should upgrade to around 4 GB or more. I applied three days ago for a personal banker position at a Chase branch. My recruiter said I did great, but another branch would like to interview me. They loved me, and two hours after my interview I was asked if I could meet with the District Manager tomorrow (which was today). Im not an admissions officer and I will never pretend to be but your resume is VERY impressive, I can't say I know whether you will get in or not but you have very good chance I believe because you are SO very well rounded, seriously. My only advice is to get those SAT scores up (I got a 1930 on mine and Im pretty upset because I wanted a 2100+ but that requires hard work and study so I will have to buckle down otherwise it limits my college options) I think with you being an honors-ap student (my school doesnt have very many AP classes, only two and Im taking both next year) you should easily get above a 2000, that's what I've been told but it surely isn't "easy" haha, keep working hard and I wish you the best of luck! a little confusing for me to explain. first look in windows help. type in system info. will bring you more info then you need. 2 gigs of ram is good for xp, graphics card takes a lot, it don't mean it needs all. it is a swap in the system for best performance. unless yer having problems, yer good to go.

I move a lot, probably every 2 years. This has been going on ever since way back when I was in preschool. I've never really had any close friends and it was always hard for me to make friends. Laptop processors don't overclock, period. Overclocking is done in the BIOS, and laptop BIOSes don't feature overclocking options. And the heatsinks in laptops are in no way shape or form fit to handle the heat that would accompany raising the processor's voltage. Considering that they run hot enough at stock as it is. Even if you could overclock it, it wouldn't be a high-enough overclock to even see a benefit. So, can't do it and not worth it, period. If you want to overclock, then custom build yourself a desktop, and stick to a board from ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI, or Biostar.

You have a bottleneck on your GPU's power resulting from your lower end CPU. A bottleneck occurs when one component is too fast for another component to fully process what is going on. For instance, I can go out and buy a 500 dollar GTX 580 right now, but if my CPU was something llike an AMD Athlon , then I would be getting pretty low fps because my CPU is bottlenecking my very fast GPU. Does that make sense?
