My track coach is a jerk what should I do?

Well, this is my 3rd year in track and each year my coach has been a jerk to me. Freshman year he didn't letter me because I got hurt before sectionals and he was mad at me, last year he was ok but just mean when I messed up, but this year he has been completely horrible to me. Today he called me up during class and said, "I don't think I am going to letter you this year you have not run in any meets." I did run in 3 meets (all varsity meets) but then I got injured but now that I am uninjured and I have been back in training for 3 weeks he has not put me in any races. He put me as an alternate for the last 3 meets even though I begged him to let me run. I also met all of the criteria to get a varsity letter which includes being an alternate for Varsity DAC and all the races I ran were varsity, so he should have to letter me. Also today he said that he would not letter me if I don't go to the JV DAC, even though I am a varsity runner and I told him a week ago that my cousin's wedding is this saturday and I had to go. The gist of what he said to that was that family was not as important as track. So what do you think I should do, should I go to the meet saturday or should I just quit track all together?
