Is staying at my high school worth giving up my dream college?

College is not a guarantee. Staying at the advanced school will not guarantee that you will get into your "dream" college. Colleges take the rank of your high school in account when you apply. If they see you come from a lower tier high school but took advantage of what was offered then you're on the level playing field. If you're not thriving at the school you are at now, then transfer so you can at least enjoy the last few years of high school. If you survived at the cut throat one then you should do amazing at the regular school. My opinion.
