Is there possibly, maybe a chance I could change that?

Next year is my senior year, and I have yet taken a fine art. I'm being force to take theater, because that is the only fine art my school offers. I don't know why though. We are not a poor school, and could afford to take on another teacher. We are in fact the riches school in our district. Is there any way I could persuade the school to put on another fine art. We also have empty classrooms, due to building a whole new science building.
