I failed the Algebra 2/Trig regents?

I failed the Algebra 2/Trigonometry regents. i know, it dosent sound so good, but its the truth. i live in new york and there's something i'm wondering. my school district does'nt allow me to take the august one becuase, well, there is none. they decided to cut back on spending and took away the august regents. they also decided to put algebra 2 trig before geometry. but my question is what happens now? do i take the course again? is there another regents? i'm just not sure what happens now. any info you have will help. thanks a lot guys.
