Out of district school?

I am currently sueing my school that I used to go to that would be in my district, so I had to be homeschooled. I am sick of homeschooling and I want to go to a school out of my district. I am 16 and would provide my own transportation. I just don't know if I could do this. I know you can use someone's address and I have plenty that I could use, but is it risky? Could I just apply to this school saying I can not attend my school because of sueing? Any answer would greatly be appreciated!
