How do you fix the problem of registration for My Samsung in the Samsung India website?

I have a Samsung GT. I need to update the software and I found out that for that I needed a Samsung Account. So, I tried registering on Samsung India website and then found out that I'm not able to type in anything into the 'District and City' spaces, so whenever I click register it says that i've to type in the district name. How do I solve this problem. I've tried about 15 times so far. Is there any other way?
