I don't want to move away!!?

I'm 13 and I live in a nice house with nice friends and a great school system but unfortunately my dad want to quit his job even though it pays good money and go back to school but while he's in school we won't be able to afford the house we have now cuz my moms job doesn't pay much but the house they wanna buy is such a crappy house! It's small and old and I just hate it! Plus it's in a different school district and I wud be leaving all my friends and I just don't want to do this! My mom said she's gonna try to find a job so that we can keep living in this house put idk that's gonna work:/ I just really don't wanna have to go through this and I love where I live! How can I get my dad to Maybe at least find a house around here so I can still see my friends?? Plus I just got my room redone and it would just be a waste if we moved. So anyways somebody plz help me! Thanks
