Dimension E521 upgrading graphics card?

Well, that's a good graphics card for the money, but your CPU is really low-end and will bottleneck the video card. You should be ok for L4D2 and TF2, I *think* but I would recommend a slightly lower-end video card just because your computer's processor is pretty low-end.
