Can you live with a cousin if the school you go to wants to tranfer you to another school?

okay so im 17 and i currently go to a school i love but the school board found out that i dont live within the school district so in july there going to start processing me to go to a diferent school. i dont want to go to the school they might have me go to. my mom and dad both live out of the school i want to go to's district. so i was wondering if its legal to go live with my cousin so i could stay at my current high school and finish out my last year. or what else i could do to stay at my current high school because i REALLLLLYY do no want to move schools. ive been to way to many diferent ones.
