What Graphics Card can I upgrade to?

Packard bell WTF!!!! lol never read that name in a while , If your motherboard has a PCI x16/8/4 slot then any GPU using the PCI interface will work and your processor is a q8300 I didn't see your motherboard but it's bound to have a PCI interface cause that's a LGA 775 processor , ou could even stick a GTX 590 or a 6990 in there only thing bottlenecking anything in your system would be the CPU.
