Bass amp choosing help?

I would second the vote for the Roland out of those 2. Personally, I wouldn't buy a bass amplifier with smaller than a 12" speaker. Acoustic amps (sold at Guitar Center) are very good and you can get a 20 watt one with 12" speaker for $129. Personally, I think that would be your best option at that price. Guitar Center is also selling the Fender Rumble 25 watt for the same price as the 15 watt, so I would go with that over the 15 watt, but it still only has a 10" speaker.
